10-63p-82590-21-00 new replacement wiring harness

I have recently purchased a wiring harness, 10-63p-82590-20-00 old number and the replacement harness 10-63p-82590-21-00. This harness is now on my F150 2005 4 stroke, I now can't flash codes from the diagnostic plug and the horn sounds in the forward control. The outboard wont start.
There are different plugs on this harness, or extra plugs, you might say.
should the new harness work or is there a process using other plugs to make a circuit. Please help.

That part number is for the F150TLRD or F150TXRD model only, check to see if that is your model.

Yes it is the correct model, F150TLRD but the new harness is different as it has superseeded the old one. A new wiring diagram would help.
There are two pink wires on the new harness with white plugs on them, they also have yellow tape around them are they part of the switching for the alarm that is sounding?

The pink wires are for trim gauge, leave them disconnected so your trim gauge will read correctly. The new harness may have some connectors that you will not need but it should connect to all the electrical components on your engine.
