how to install 2007 70TLR

Hi I bought a 07 Yamaha 70 TLR that I am attempting to install on my boat. I am looking for info on how to connect the controls to the motor. Any help would be appreciated.

Number 42 in this diagram 2006 and Later 2-stroke 70TLR Yamaha Outboard CONTROL Diagram and Parts
Lockes cable in place under plate on bottom engine cowling where cables enter in cowling, then adjust cable ends to fit over shifter and throttle on engine with controls and engine set in neutral and at idle.
