1997 25hp yamaha 3 carbs help

i have fully cleaned each carb i have put kits in each one it will only idle on choke any suggesstions

take them apart and try again.
the choke is forcing the fuel rich bypassing the idle circuits.

i took them back off fully cleaned them still same situation do you have any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated and do you know where i can get a service manuel for my motor

Still have blocked passages or jets in carb, take them to a dealer and let them clean them in ultrasonic cleaner.
