  • Yamaha Model L200JETO Drops RPMs after 2,400 RPMs

Hy, I have a L200JETO YR. 2001 that starts fine ,but when it reaches 2,400 RPMs starts surging like going up and down on the RPMs.I have replaced both of the low pressure pumps,Plugs,Fuel filter,Prime Pumps and hoses, should the High press. pump inside the aluminium canister sound when power is applied ,thanks regards...

monitor fuel pressures to see if and where you have restriction.
If it is running lean it will eat pistons by running it that way, there are more filter/screens

OX66 engines VST pressure should be 30-35 psi
HPDI engines VST pressure should be within 35-52 psi
Fuel Vacumn should be less than 4 psi
