OX66 225HP TUNE UP?

I just bought a boat with a 225 OX66, year 2001, I am not sure what has been done, My plans are to change water pump, lower unit oil, plugs, I have started running ring free also.
I know there are issues with O2 sensors, and fuel pumps,
Is there anything I should consider changing to help the tune up?

i would clean the o2 sensor and tube behind it, get a new gasket as it will tear.soak the sensor from threads down overnight in a good carb cleaner.
you probably should do the thermostats is they havent been done in a couple years and if you tap down on the thermo covers you can save the gasket.
i never hear anyone mention it but i occasionally drain my fuel pressure tank on the port side, the large brass screw on the bottom.
