Water leak Yamaha 1985 15 hp outboard

Does anyone know if water leaking from the main connection between the lower end and upper casing is an issue? The outboard is a 1985 2-stroke 15 hp model number 15SK. The leak is approximately 2-3 drops per second. There are no other issues and the water pump seems to be working well - I posted a video of the leak on youtube, here is a link:

you could have a hose leaking, but im afraid it is most likley a power head gasket
