I just bought a used power tilt for my Yamaha 40 H.P. Elf the tilt # is 6H5-43840-04 EK does anyone have a picture or diagram of the parts I will need to install this? Also a diagram of how it installs.

You should obtain a service manual for the proceedure, however if you are replacing the entire unit and have the bolts, you should not require any further parts.
