Can anyone help me identify this STEERING BRACKET? The tube is 23" long and the the arm is stamped with the following: '61A01 2'

I believe it is Yamaha 61A-42510-31-8D STEERING BRACKET ASSY UR U

No way to be sure but that could be correct part number.
