1988 yamaha 200 ETLG

I have a yamaha 200 ETLG 0n a 88 ski centurion boat. We have replaced every part in the lift system and rebuilt the lift rams.Motor will lift up and down in driveway but will not trim up in water running 2000 rpm,Have not replaced gear pump assy because it is obsolete.Need help not sure what to do next Thank you

Needs to be rebuilt, replacing sub valves, valve seats and orings and anything that looks worn.
