F150 VST Filter

I have twin 2008 f150 one is boging down and dieing. I changed the other 2 filters (fuel & element). Could it be the VST filter? how do you change the vst filter?

Could be, would need to run fuel pressure test to make sure, would have to disassemble VST to get to filter.
