Yamaha 250 wont start

I have a 91 250 outboard TXRP. Went to go out yesterday and it wont start, cranks fine, batteries are new, has spark, enrichment pump is running, use the manual valve and same, squirt a little brake cleaner in the carbs and it cranks right up and will for the rest of the day. All the grounds are clean, any help would be great. Thx

May be a blockage in carbs, check filter behind enrichment solenoid.
