Remote to tiller for F15 ELHW 1998

Is there a single kit available for this?If so are there additional parts to obtain?
In the schematic a kit is listed as no1, does this contain the shifter parts and everything?

I forgot to mention that this motor was previously adapted from tiller to remote, but the box of parts is AWOL.
