throttle handle on 03 control box

I have a 703 control box mounted on the stb side of a center console (zodiac). In this configuration, the throttle handle has the tilt button on the outboard (right) side and the neutral button on the left side. I want to switch this around, so the tilt/trim is on the inboard side and more easily used by your thumb. Is the top portion of the throttle handle reverse-able? Thanks
