Power trim tilt assembly for PROV150LD-1990

I have a very slow leak in the tilt assembly and have purchased the tool to unscrew the cap around the piston as well as the o-rings and back up rings (tag numbers 16-19). How difficult is it to disassemble the piston and install new o-rings? Also, is there a specific hydraulic fluid that yamaha uses for their tilt/trim assembly?

If you have a good vise it's not hard to remove, use Yamaha Power Trim Fluid.
