3000rpm

Installed new 8" lourance transducer to back of boat. Have one year old 225 4 stroke. Motor starts one turn runs excellent in neutral. Runs great up to 3000rpm then at that point it bogs down. I have heard of transducers causing some problems for motors is this possible?

sounds like fuel problem.
Monitor fuel pressures at problem RPM

Turbulence around lower unit should not cause bogging in my opinion
maybe overheat or prop blow out
