How difficult is it to change a water pump on a 93' 40hp short shaft yama?

It ain't all that hard to do. I replaced my water pump last year and was all prepared for this big "nightmare" job where everything went wrong, but it turned out to be a fairly easy job, about an hour and a half. Take your time.
