Can anyone tell me if a 2003 f115 has a pressure control valve and if so where it is located? Thanks

That one is for the water it seems, i am wondering if there is a pcv for the crankcase like on the valve cover of an automobile?

no crankcase PCV.
one for water pressure, one for fuel pressure.
not needed on an engine designed to run at or near WOT.
