I have a 1989 225 excel. I just purchased a Lowrance HDS 10 Gen 2 chartplotter. I have an option to view RPM,s fuel flow, water temp ect. Is my motor to old to merge with the new technology?

cant do it.
that motor was built a few years before the nmea 2000 protocals.
