  • Fuel gauges on Simrad

I have a 2008 33 Contender with 3 fuel tanks, 3 250hp with the command link square gauges, analog controls. There is a switch on my key panel that switches the gauge view from port to stbd tanks, becuase the fuel gauge can only show 2 tanks. I hooked up my Simrad NSS system to the command link via the gateway cable, but I can't get the 3 fuel tanks to display on the Simrads. Any ideas?

Fuel Tank senders are not connected to Command Link Network, the fuel senders are connected direct to Command link gauge and Yamaha doesn't off Network compatable fuel senders.

Ok but each fuel tank is sending a signal to somewhere. Is there a way to get all signals to the simrad network?

You would have to find a NMEA 2000 fuel tank sender that would connect to Simrad network hub.
