If I use the flushing ears muffs on my F225, it does not seem to put out much of a stream of water. It seems like it might be related to low house water pressure. Does anyone know aprox. how much water pressure is required to run the engine using the flushing muffs? I replaced the water pump with no change in the water indicator stream.

yamahas do like plenty of water flow and many muffs are insufficient. is the water flow different when submerged? you might have a light blockage at the rear stream, use a light gauge wire/mono and check there.
