85hp 2 stroke cuting out

i have a 1990 85 hp 2 stroke that cuts out at troutle up and at full troutle any ideas would be a big help plugs look good so im stumped

Check compression, check for spark with a timimg light when engine is cutting out, if that is good remove and clean carbs.
