Prop Question.

Question.. 13 3/4 X 19 pitch vs 14 1/4 X 18 pitch. How does the diameter affect the prop? Trying to sort which has the better hole shot and top end speed. Tried the 14 1/4 X 18 pitch in stainless and the RPM dropped. Would the 13 3/4 X 19 be different?

I am sure you already know that the pitch is how far the boat will move forward with one rotation of the blade, so if shooting out of the hole is what you want, I'd say go for the steeper pitch combined with the larger blade.
