25 Horse Yamaha power loss/alarm

I have a 25 horse Yamaha 4 stroke with 1 carburetor. It starts great and runs great for about 1 minute then I lose all power and an alarm sounds. I have great water flow and the engine does not appear to be hot. I also checked my oil and that is fine too. When this happens I have to turn my key off and restart and the boat will run great again for another minute then I’ll lose power and the alarm will sound again. I have changed the fuel tank, fuel water separator and inline fuel filter. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on with it? Thanks for any help I can get.

May be low oil pressure, check to see if oil is diluted with gas. Change oil and retry, if doesn'y help take to dealer to have oil pressure tested.
