have no clue.
not enough information.
high idle can be caused by a sensor failure but NOT an O2 sensor issue.
the O2 sensor is not monitored for failures by the ecu.
any system fault will result in base timing set at 7*BTDC and about 1100 RPM idle speed.
depending on the failure the timing may or may not advance and top speed may or may not be reached.
O2 sensor is not a fault,if its unplugged or damaged it can lean out the motor above 4000 RPM and damage pistons.

Thanks rodbolt, pulser coils fell within range294-398ohms,charge coils within 224-336ohms,cps between179-242ohms, tps@.52v,atmos 4v.,air temp2.77,plugcaps5-5.5 ohms no crank, running have to adapt stevens 77 to fluke pins, wish i had a diag lite.thought i resolved problem when discoved carbon in O2. thermosensor 4k@212,69k@70degrees ecu recieve info from fuel system or should i not go there?Oh iforgot 120psi in allcyl,7/16 on spark ck. again thanks
