95 200hp oil transfer problem

Looked through old threads which was of some help. As well, checked out the manual at local library.
The problem is oil won't transfer to main tank (was working fine first couple times out this year), other than with emergency switch. Pulled all components and clean them. Pump works fine, lines clear, sensors working.
With engine full tilt up I get all but 1 bar (flashing) on the trim indicator. Manually manipulating lever arm has no effect on the indicator bars.
Still have to check resistance of the trim lever leads as a last resort.

Did you look at this thread and the troubleshooting chart in it?
I believe 95 year still used Tilt /trim to stop transfer

Yes. The flow chart is in the manual too. Just checking for the pro opinion before moving on.

That chart is the best way to trouble shoot it.

Ordered a trim indicator harness & screws from boats.net. Bit of a goat fuk to get in and out but, problem is FIXED!
