Sun Damaged Digital MF Gauge Windows

I was wondering if there is a way to either fix or replace the windows on my boats gauges. They are Yamaha Digital Multifunction Gauges for the Speed and Tach. They function fine it is just the little windows in front of the screens that have been damaged. Do not want to replace the whole gauge.

No I don't know of any way to repair them.
