Trim Motor 225 6A-43880-02-00

Need to replace trim motor, when I look up part on Boats.net it shows 5 wire, but it is called a 4-wire motor? Which is correct? The boat is not where I am, and would like to get the correct one the first time. Also should the filter be replaced as I will be right there as I see the diagram? Oh, 1997 225 L225 TXRV.

61A-43880-02-00 Trim Motor is the correct trim motor, it only has 4 wires coming out of motor.
