What do you recommend is the proper way to effectively flush a Yamaha F200 Outboard? Thanks...

I would think both would be best if running motor

yes, we start everything from the f150 to the f350 on the hose flusher.
works better han the rabbit ears.
if we need to flush more than about 5 min we use both the hose and the rabbit ears.
