So, did Rodbolt ever return to the forums? he seems to have just vanished, does anyone know if he is OK? I hope he is not ill.

No he has not returned I think i know his real name and where he works in the US .

Need some one from the US to chase it up say some one in NC .I ALSO hope that he is OK .

As he is a ASSET to the boating community .

I emailed the shop he works in last year and they said he was OK.
They said they sent the email on to him, but he never responded to me.
He stopped posting on the other forum he frequented also, so do not know why he stopped.
Yes he and his knowledge is missed on both forums.

I bet some big wigs from Yamaha got wind of his postings, realized it was costing their dealers business and had his dealership read him the Riot Act.

I believe Rodbolt is/was as near an expert on these motors as I know of, but it's for sure he liked to speak whatever was on his mind!...and as you may know, that don't always work out for the best!

OK, as long as he is OK, that's all I was concerned about, he was an asset to any forum, and did indeed speak his mind, I know the place he was working at last, but did not want to actually contact him, more just a concern. Oh and I miss his straight to the point replies to questions too.
