I HAVE A PONTOON BOAT WITH A 1991 55HP TWO STROKE YAMAHA OUTBOARD. WOULD LIKE TO ADD A SECOND BATTERY USING A 4 POSITION BATTERY SWITCH (OFF, 1, 2, BOTH) MY QUESTION IS ABOUT CHARGING. I DON'T SEE ANY SEPERATE WIRE GOING TO THE BATTERY FROM THE ENGINE TO CHARGE IT. LOOKS LIKE TWO CABLES FROM THE ENGINE, ONE GOING TO POS SIDE OF BATTERY, AND THE OTHER TO THE NEG SIDE. IF I HAVE THE POSITIVE CABLE FROM THE ENGINE GOING TO THE COMMON LUG ON THE SWITCH THEN ONLY ONE BATTERY AT A TIME CAN BE CHARGED UNLESS THE SWITCH IS TURNED TO "BOTH". IS THAT CORRECT?
