Power trim issues 2005 200 2 stroke

I am having some issues with the power trim. It will go down from the shift and the button on the motor but will not go up from either. Their is a clicking sound when trying to get to go up.

HERE IS THE REAL KICKER.
There is an up / down switch from the front of the boat by the *****ing motor. It works up or down with no problems.
Any thoughts on this before I start looking around?

Based on the above situation with the power trim up working from the front switch by *****ing motor does this eliminate any issues with the relays. Is it a loose wire or connection from the switch at the shift or from the switch on side of the motor?

Sounds like the problem woul be in trim switch on controls and trim switch on motor.
