replacement gaskets for o2 sensor?

for a 2001 ox66 200hp model number?
thinking of cleaning the sensor as the motor started running rough last season.
going to decarbonize with seafoam also.
it appears thats all i will need to replace as long as i dont break the sensor.
i think its 65l 11354-00-00
