lower unit gasket kit ??

OK, So I ordered a lower unit gasket kit. Removed the prop and took the bolts out of the lower unit casing. But did I miss something or how do I get the casing to come out (part #51 in the lower drive 1 diagram.I am assuming this needs to come of to get to all the gaskets and seals that are included with this kit.

Don't know what motor you have but have to remove the cover nut(requires special tool on some models) and use a puller to remove bearing carrier.

Does #51 "1993 C30ELRR Yamaha Outboard LOWER DRIVE 1 Diagram and Parts" in this diagram just pull off or does it thread on. Almost looks like it has threads on this diagram.

It has to be pulled out over prop shaft.
