250 yamaha enrichment pump no power

I have an odd problem, the enrichment pump as well as as the cowl tilt & trim all of a sudden have no power, all the fuses are good, grounds are perfect, wiring harness tests good. If you backfeed the pump it will come on with the ignition as well as the cowl t & t works. I have orderd a manual to check on a diagram, any pointers would be great.its a 1991 250 TXRP Thanks

Probably have an open wire in harness on red wire and possible an open on yellow wire, need to check continuity on each wire in harness to make sure it's not in harness.
