Remote to Tiller Conversion

I am wanting to purchase a 70 HP Yamaha EFI with remote steering; I would need to convert it to a tiller motor. Can this be done easily? Any idea what a handle would cost? Any other parts required? Thanks.

There are tiller handle kits available for some models but you didn't say what the model number of your motor is.
