One time bolts

On 2005 F250 outboard motor the bolts (yamaha part # 90119-07001-00) that hold the cam shaft, do have to be replaced every time that they are removed?
I was Told by a service manager that Yamaha requires them be replaced.
This is a warranty repair.

Sounds like no problem, especially if it's a warranty item...

Yes the bolts with seal washers need to be replaced, not reused.
