2008 Yamaha 50Hp 2 stroke carb leaks

The carb on my 50HP 2 Stroke motor leaks gas from the lower carb. The motor has run less than 5 hour total and less than 1 hour since service in 2010. I have rebuilt auto carb, and I have mechanical and electronic abilities; would I be over-my-head by trying to rebuilt the carb?

Carb is a carb, you can handle it with out a problem.

Need to get a Yamaha service manual so that you can do the link and sync after reinstalling carbs, needs to be done each time carbs are reinstalled to make sure all are opening exactly the same.
Fuel leaking out means needle and seat are not closing off properly

2X on 99Yam40 - been there and done that. Gaskets etc are cheapest here. Manual available from Yamaha's website and arrives before you make time for repairs.
