no choke or enrichment pump or TnT on cowl

I have a 91 yamaha 250 TXRP, with no warning the choke, enrichment pump and TnT on cowl stopped working, it will start if you prime the cylinders, everything else works..... any ideas? thanks

Test for voltage to each one. Check grounds.

4 volts at each grounds are perfect, also now the down trim on the shifter is inop, thinking the master relay/trim relay? also if you backfeed power through the trim everything works
