F150 VST Change

I am looking for a how to on a VST change for my 05 F150TXR
Also what parts do i need? (Part numbers would be very helpful.)

A Yamaha service manual for your motor is what you need if you plan on working on your motor yourself. It will save you time and money in the long run.
Did you clean the injectors back in July last year and did that fix your RPM problem?
