225 OX-66 Wiring question

Finishing up wiring on a 225 (2002) OX-66. I want to know which wire and from what harness (ignition switch, throttle contoller,etc..) I can use as a switched hot lead? Also there is a yellow and green wire combo that says it goes to a light. Do these two wires go on each side of my nav light switch or someplace else? Thanks

Yellow wire from key switch is key on power but don't connect anything to it that will have a high amp draw. The blue wire in gauge harness is back lights in gauges and can be connected to nav light switch.

The only connection to the yellow wire would be a northstar fuel flow guage. I don"t think it draws much juice. Do you think this will be ok?

Yes the yellow wire is for gauges.
