Trying to unclog a clogged pitot tube. Yamaha 225 stroke (1999) lower unit. Ran a small drill bit through leading edge of lower unit. Still no air through the top. Ran a long screw driver down the top and all seems clear. Re-did the drill bit into the leading edge until it seemed to hit metal. Tried compressed air in both directions. Put some soapy water down the top and used compressed air from the leading edge. A very small amount of air is passing through as very tiny bubbles started to come through the top. I don't know how the passage way actually works. The water dampner connection on top has been removed. I'm open to suggestions at this point? Thanks!
