Exhaust manifold?

Hello! I have looked at parts 6G5-41131-01-CA fit Yamaha 2006, 6G5-41131-01-5B fit yamaha 1996-2005 and 6G5-41131-00-5B fit 1995 and older. it says that 01-CA replaces 00-5B?. what I can see on the pictures all look exactly alike. Can i use any of them on my Yamaha 115 hp V4 1991???
