Yamaha 80BETL 2009 EFI convert to Yamaha 100DETL

Can anyone help me with some information to convert an 80BET to a 100DET?

From what i found it is the same engine with these different parts?

Air Silencer 6D9-14440-01
Cam 6D9-12171-00
ECU 6D9-8591A-13
Thermo 6D9-12411-00
