225hp Yamaha Saltwater Series only fires on 3 cylinders

My 225hp Saltwater Series 2 stroke only fires on cylinders 2,4,& 6. I have replaced the CDI unit and the pulser coil and it hasn't fixed the problem. the only thing that I can nthink off is to replace the stator. has anyone else had this problem

Need to test stator. If this is a fuel injected model with shift cut out switch then test it also.
