1999 200HP Carb Link and Synch Procedure

Can someone post the Link and Synch procedure for a 1999 Yamaha 200hp SWII as well as the correct backing of carb idle screws. I just replaced the middle carb and did a thorough soaking and cleaning of the other 2 carbs. I backed the idle screws on each carb out 2 turns. The engine cranked right up but is idling at around 500-550 rpm with the flush cup. Once warmed up the idle dropped a little and it will cut off on its own.

Set pilot screw at 5/8 turn on port side and 1 1/8 turns on starboard. to sync back off idle speed screw and loosen linkage screws to close all throttle plates completely closed, retighten linkage screws and reset idle speed screw.
