Yamaha T8PLR - what's this bolt for?

Does anyone know what this 10mm bolt is for? I have always had a problem with the engine shaking and rattling back and forth at times and when I tighten (only slightly) it removes the play in the steering and shift rod area, (and may solve that problem), but I don't know if that is what is is really for. If it's #5 then it is a bolt for adjusting how hard (easy) it is to steer the engine with the tiller.

Thanks for finding that diagragm. Now I will keep it tightened a bit and I'm sure that will correct all the vibration noise. 2 manuals and neither was showing that breakdown. Thanks again. Bruce.
