Yamaha Outboard Digital Tachometer Harness Connector

I have a 6YR-W0035-E3-00 Digital Tachometer Kit. I am installing the provided wire harness back to the motor. I found a 4 pin connector below the starter that mates up with the male plug of the wire harness, but the colors do not match those of the wire harness. Have I found the right connector or is there another one?

It is the off white colored square connector on engine that matches harness in kit, wire colors wont match just match connector.
