20 HP shaft

I have contacted numerous dealers and cannot find parts for my 20 MSHH
6L3K S1009778 outboard manufactured 3/09, but sales slip shows 2008. I am being told this an international product and parts are not available, WOuld appreciate any info of how or where to get parts for this 2 stroke 15" shaft outboard!?

Couldn't find any information on that model or serial number, the only 20hp 2 stroke models in USA were in 1996-1997.
