Check cooling system/thermostat not allowing motor to ever come up to normal operating temperature, also bad fuel pump diaphragm sucking raw gas into motor. Good Luck!

Typical in a 2 stroke especially if last time it was run it didn't warm up all the way or if there was alot of idling. The only time mine look dry is right after a good run. Hey it means it's getting oil and that's a good thing.....

Are there any issues with the way it's running?
