repowering from a 2003 F115, will cables/harness fit

I am going to repower my boat from a 2003 F115, I want to go with a used Carbbed motor. I want to know what my options are to keep my cost to a minimum. for example, what motors can use the same controls, and are there harness adapters? I have a 2003 Sea Pro. any suggestions or input would be very helpful.

Controls, key switch and engine harness are the same and work with any Yamaha motor.
